The cooperative Alimer, Foods of the Mediterranean, is an ambitious project which arose from the need in this sector to adapt to the development of the international market.

Eight cooperative producers in the Region of Murcia, each well known in their sector for their reliability and trustworthiness, have joined together to form Alimer.

The new cooperative was created on the foundations of the prestige and the experience of more than 1,500 farmers from the Valley of the Guadalentin (Comarca del Valle del Guadalentin) and Cieza (Murcia), Agrosol, Ciezana Fruits (Ciezana de Frutas), Hortofruticola Ciezana, Agromur, U.A.G., Gamur, Camposur and Suagrilorca.
